may schedule events and shows.

Our chapter meetings will ALWAYS be held on
the second Thursday of the month, unless you
are notified of a change.

REMEMBER... Jo Jo is the ONLY person who will be scheduling things for the chapter.  So please check with her before you promise ANYTHING that involves the props or the chapter!!!
JO JO ALSO NEED AT LEAST 4 WEEKS NOTICE
TO GET CLOWNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ONLY MEMBERS WHO HAVE PAID DUES MAY
USE THE CHAPTER PROPS AND SUPPLIES!
Anything borrowed MUST be returned in the same
condition it is borrowed or the clown will replace the
product at their own expense!!!  NO ITEMS MAY
BE BORROWED WITHOUT JO JO'S PERMISSION!

Hospital Clowning!!!
We now have some new rules for hospital
clowning.  ALL CLOWNS MUST take the
REQUIRED class for volunteers or they
will not be allowed to clown at Seymour Hospital.
From now on this is not an option and it does not
matter what affiliation or previous connection
anyone has with the hospital.  Everyone MUST
take the updated class to be allowed to clown.
Smiles Unlimited has stated that they are
requiring that everyone follow this rule and
will back the hospital on this decision.
There will be no exceptions!!!  If you did not
attend one of the classes given in November,
please contact Jo Jo or Raindrip for details.

New Rule!!
Also, clowns will no longer be allowed to
wear gloves to the hospital when visiting.
This is done in an effort to help keep down
the chance of spreading any germs.  We ask
that you clean you hands before going between
rooms.  We don't want to be the cause of anyone
getting sicker.

Emergency Cards
Raindrip will be making an "Emergency Card" that is laminated and has your emergency information listed. This will be to kept in your clown pocket in case you are clowning alone and are unable to communicate to others who to contact and any important medical need.  If you need a card please give Rainy your information.  This is something we would just encourage all of our clowns to carry at ALL times!!!!!!
